The band | some photos | gigs About spring of 1967, I seen John Lee Hooker record backed by Muddy Waters, and his band. I became hooked on recording blues bands, and playing and singing blues. And in that signature of these blues legends, and later added the vocal influences of Captian Beefheart. I became known at Blues 2000 & Beyond, a 3 day blues Resort Hotel venue up state NY. That and opening blues festivals. The band was known as Zenbock & The Galactic Boogie Band, and I went back to the early Primal blues roots sound, modal blues.
